At SoftBundleZ, we’re a platform created by a 23-year-old IT enthusiast from Ohio, offering affordable software licenses for categories like Photo Editing & Graphics Design or Office & PDF Tools. If something’s not right with your purchase, here’s how refunds and exchanges work. We’ve made it fair and easy to follow.

  • When You Can Get a Refund:

    • You’ve got 14 days from the date you bought the software to ask for a refund, but only if:

      • You haven’t activated the license yet. Once it’s activated, we can’t offer a refund.

      • There’s a technical issue—like a bug in your Internet & Network Tools software—that we can’t fix within 7 days, even with our hands-on support.

      • You accidentally bought the wrong product, like a Video Editing tool when you meant to get a System Optimization one.

      • You didn’t get your download link or license key within 24 hours after paying, and we couldn’t fix the issue after you reached out.

  • When We Can’t Offer a Refund:

    • No refunds if you’ve already activated the license or just changed your mind after starting to use the software.

    • If the software doesn’t work because your device doesn’t meet its requirements—like not having enough RAM for a 3D Modeling tool—that’s on you to check before buying.

    • We also can’t refund if the issue comes from misuse, like trying to install the software on multiple devices when the license doesn’t allow it.

  • How to Request a Refund:

    • Reach out to us at support@softbundlez.com with your order number and a quick explanation of the problem.

    • You can also use live chat or our contact form, but email’s best for refunds so we have all the details.

    • Our team will look into it and get back to you within 3 business days. With my IT experience, I’ll check all the details—no generic answers here.

  • What Happens Next:

    • If your refund is approved, we’ll send the money back to your original payment method—like PayPal if you paid with PayPal, or your credit card if that’s what you used.

    • It might take 5-10 business days for the refund to show up, depending on your bank or payment provider.

    • Refund processing time: 7 business days

  • Want to Swap Instead?

    • If you bought the wrong software by mistake, you can swap it for the right one within 7 days, as long as the license hasn’t been activated.
